Can I still receive inbound calls when my account is in negative balance?

When your account reaches a negative balance, some calls types will immediately be restricted (such as inbound 1300 and 1800 numbers which have a per minute charge) and others will continue to work (such as a standard PSTN number) for a short grace period.

If your account balances goes too far into a negative balance your grace period will end and all your services are suspended (including all types of inbound and outbound calls) and you will need to top-up (add more credit) via the portal before you can continue to use the service.
