Login to the Customer Portal

How to set up call group in VOC Phone Customer Portal:

  1. Go to “Tools/Setup” tab, click on “Call Groups”
  2. Press “Add Call Group” button
  3. Name your call group
  4. Add extensions
  5. Save
Now to add the call group to your IVR setup:

  1. Go to “Tools/Setup” tab, click on “Interactive Voice Response”
  2. Go to your IVR you want to add call group too and press “edit” button
  3. Scroll down to the “Destinations” section
  4. Change “Route type” to “Call Group”
  5. In “Destination” tab select “the name of call group just created” and go the list
