Creating Call Group/s

Login to the Customer Portal https://portal.vocphone.com/
How to set up call group in VOC Phone Customer Portal:
- Go to “Tools/Setup” tab, click on “Call Groups”
- Press “Add Call Group” button
- Name your call group
- Add extensions
- Save
- Go to “Tools/Setup” tab, click on “Interactive Voice Response”
- Go to your IVR you want to add call group too and press “edit” button
- Scroll down to the “Destinations” section
- Change “Route type” to “Call Group”
- In “Destination” tab select “the name of call group just created” and go the list
